Guest Health and Safety

Your wellbeing is our priority.

With all of our venues registered as COVID Safe businesses, when it comes to the health and safety of our guests, we follow the advice of the Australian Health Authorities. We apply the highest standard of cleanliness and have increased our routine cleaning of frequently touched surfaces in venue.

We kindly remind our guests, to:
– Practise regular and thorough hand washing
– Use hand sanitiser and
– Cover sneezes or coughs with your arm, not your hands.

Hand Sanitiser and antibacterial wipes are available from our Cleaning Stations or can be provided by one of our team members.

If you are experiencing flu like symptoms ensure that you stay home and seek medical advice.

We also encourage the download and use of the COVIDsafe app which speeds up contacting people exposed to COVID-19.

We kindly ask that should you contract COVID-19 within 14 days of visiting our venues, that you contact Merivale immediately to notify us.

By entering a Merivale Venue, you understand and agree to the usual terms of entry with the additions listed above and below which are government enforced under the relevant COVID-19 NSW Government trading requirements
– The right to refuse entry if a guest is displaying symptoms of COVID-19
– The requirement to provide guest information, including first name last name, mobile number or email addresses. This data will be stored safely & securely for no more than 28 days and will not be used for marketing purposes.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and as circumstances continue to develop, we will adapt our approach as and if needed to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of our guests and teams remains the priority.
